Dead Bastet Mask

Whee! I finally (more or less) finished my Halloween mask! Talk about last minute.
My costume is a "dead" Bastet - the ancient Egyptian cat goddess who in this case has seen better days. Perhaps undead would be a better description because I had initially though of Bast to be a "dead goddess" in the sense that she is no longer worshiped by many and has, in a way, become little more than a lovely figment to most modern people. However, as I ponder on it now, I would think that there are still those who worship her today - how many I do not know. So, in a sense, she isn't completely dead.
I have always been rather fond of Bast - she is indeed an interesting and powerful goddess in ancient Egyptian religion.
Crud - I forgot to add her golden earring in these photos. Well, I may post a photo of me wearing this, as these photos are simply the sculpture and not the ribbon ties and cheesecloth veil.
